Returns and Exchanges:

We gladly accept all returns for exchange under the following terms and conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be returned in unworn and resalable condition including the shoe/boot box. When trying shoes on, walk only on carpeted surfaces so as to not scuff the soles.
• We will issue a refund of the purchase price, not including any shipping service upgrades. Costs of returning the item(s) are Free for the buyer.
• Returns are Easy and Free.
