Returns and Exchanges:

We gladly accept all returns for exchange under the following terms and conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

• Items must be returned in unworn and resalable condition including the shoe/boot box. When trying shoes on, walk only on carpeted surfaces so as to not scuff the soles.

• We will issue a refund of the purchase price, not including any shipping service upgrades. Costs of returning the item(s) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return and Exchange Information

We understand that sometimes there is a need to return an item.  Therefore if you are unhappy with the fit of your purchase simply return it within 30 days of delivery. First, send us an email at calzadoatudomicilio@gmail.com and then ship back the item. All exchangeable items must be in their original packaging with the tags attached and be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. We will ship your replacement as soon as we receive it.
